At DC Balloons, we are committed to providing high-quality balloon decorations and products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
  • Time Frame: Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Custom or personalized balloon arrangements

    • Perishable items

    • Products marked as final sale

2. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at dcballoonswf@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

  • We will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including where to send the items.

3. Refunds
  • Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at dcballonswf@gmail.com.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damaged item to help with the claim process.

  • For eligible damaged items, we may offer a replacement or refund.

6. Gifts
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
